Setting up GHome Smart Plugs is easy via a 2.4 GHz network, with no hub required. For a quick connection, ensure your device supports 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and Android 5.0 or iOS 13.0 and above. Press and hold the power button for 5-10 seconds until the indicator is blinking before connecting.

Once connected, you can control the outlet from anywhere, but keep the smart plug connected to the 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. If you encounter any issues, reset the smart plug and change the mode to AP mode, which is more compatible.

Our smart outlets are compatible with the GHome Smart app, as well as the Smart Life app and Tuya app. They can handle appliances with a maximum load power of 1200W and 10A, so be sure to check the load of your appliance before plugging it in.
