At TP-Link Tapo Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your smart home experience. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your devices in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Log into your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Prepare the Package

    Carefully pack the Tapo devices in their original packaging, ensuring all cables, power adapters, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  • 3.
    Ship the Item

    Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    Once our technical team inspects the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
